How does it feel like to wake up in the sun?

So, a few days ago I was telling you what a great video Strawberry Fields Forever is and that not even Michel Gondry could have directed it better.  Well, that’s because I was talking about one of my favourite videos ever and one of my favourite directors.  If you haven’t had a chance to take a look to Gondry’s work, you can start by watching this video:

Note: Let Forever Be was released on August 2nd, 1999.  Performed by The Chemical Brothers, featuring Noel Gallagher on the vocals, Let Forever Be was The Chemical Brothers’ fourth top-ten single in the UK. The video for the track was directed by Michel Gondry, and utilized ground-breaking video and film effects in its depiction of a young woman’s nightmares.

Michel Gondry was born in Versailles, France on May 8th, 1963 and is a film, commercial and music video director.  He received the Academy Award™ for the screenplay of his second movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
